Fax Servers communicate with your organisation's network. The Fax Server may be located in a Server Room, but Faxes can be sent to and from your desk using e-mail.

Received faxes can be sent to e-mail addresses automatically. The system sends faxes with your e-mail program. Just prepare an e-mail like your are used to (even with attachments) and simply e-mail it to the Fax Server. A special software application, running on a central PC, will convert your e-mail to .TIF and send it to the fax server. As soon as your fax is delivered you will receive a notification in your inbox.
